Terms of service

Tally is a place to track and rate what you watch. You need an account, which you create by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for what you post, and you must not use Tally to break the law, to harass anyone, or to scrape or resell its data.

Your reviews and ratings remain yours. By posting them you allow us to display them in Tally, including on your public profile. Delete your account and they go with it.

Catalogue information comes from TMDB, streaming availability from JustWatch and the Streaming Availability API, and daily charts from FlixPatrol. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB. Availability and prices change constantly and are often wrong; check with the service before relying on them.

Tally is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, accurate, or free of faults.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or money you spend or save based on what Tally tells you. The subscription check is a suggestion based on what you have logged, not financial advice. If we are found liable despite this, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months, or ten pounds.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. We may change these terms, and will update the date at the top when we do.
